In the event of loss or damage cargo the Liability of the Airline will be calculated according to Warsaw Convention. All shipments are rated to port only for customer pick‐up and rates don’t include delivery unless is stated on the Freight document. Please understand that after 3 days after arrival notification, storage charges may be assessed. I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand the above supplement to my Freight document. I certify that the shipments includes all goods noted on this packing list. I also certify that there are no firearms, ammunition, dangerous goods, explosives or items of extraordinary value in this shipment and that I am the owner of the goods, or that if I am not the owner of the goods than I will protect and indemnify carrier's agent from any claim.
